Congratulations to BAPPEBTI (Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency) on receiving ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) Certificate from Bureau Veritas Indonesia (BVI)!
BAPPEBTI is a government regulatory agency for commodity futures trading, auction market, and warehouse receipt system under the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Indonesia. They are responsible for ensuring that all trades are highly organised and standardised, making it a safe and secure investment to protect against unfair practices while ensuring the markets are highly regulated.
The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification demonstrated BAPPEBTI’s commitment to consistent quality service and fair trade processes. During the QMS audit preparation, BV Indonesia conducted a gap analysis through a pre-assessment audit, identifying the areas of improvement as well as the strength and good practices of QMS implementation prior to the actual verification. The certification proves beyond doubt that BAPPEBTI has fulfilled all the requirements as set out by the BV Indonesia auditors.
To celebrate this outstanding achievement, an award ceremony was held at BAPPEBTI’s office on the 27th of May 2022 which was attended by BAPPEBTI’s Management Committee and BVI Certification Team. Mr. Didie Tedjosumirat (Director of BVI) and Ms. Widiyowati Suryaningtiyas (Business Development Manager Certification of BVI), handed over the certificate to Ms. Dra. Tuti Prahastuti, M.Si. (Secretary of BAPPEBTI). The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Didid Noordiatmoko, MM (Acting Head of BAPPEBTI) and all members of the BAPPEBTI Management Team.
