BV Thailand recently hosted a seminar titled, "Unlock Global Market Access with BRCGS Certification," which aimed to equip entrepreneurs with valuable insights into the BRCGS Standard. 

Recognised by the The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), the BRCGS Standard is essential for ensuring food safety and quality across the global supply chain. Addressing critical areas such as packaging, storage and distribution, the standard supports major retailers and food service companies in maintaining high standards throughout their processes. 

The seminar covered core aspects of the BRCGS framework, opportunities for expanding into international markets, audit processes and best practices from BV’s Certification team. Guest speaker Benz Thomas, Senior Strategic Account Manager of LGC ASSURE Asia shared his insights into the benefits and applications of the BRCGS Standard in Thailand, along with key compliance guidelines. Suraporn Sukhumalchandr, Chief Operating Officer at Phiboonchai Maepranom Thai Chili Paste Co.,Ltd., also provided an account of her successful experience implementing the standard and the impact it had on the organisation.
