As part of the globally renowned Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok continues to set benchmarks in excellence, achieving the ISO 20121:2024 certification. This milestone highlights the hotel’s commitment to integrating sustainability into every aspect of its event planning and execution processes. 

The ISO 20121:2024 standard serves as a globally recognised framework for organisations to responsibly manage the social, economic, and environmental impacts of their events. By obtaining this certification, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok demonstrates leadership in sustainable event management practices, ensuring that their operations contribute to a more sustainable future. 

The certification was presented by Sumeth Hutintrawong, Commercial Manager, and Sarayoot Siwasirikaroon, Certification Production Manager (Food, Agriculture & Aquaculture and TIS Scheme) at BV Thailand, to Sascha Lenz, General Manager, and Phanit Pansata, Director of Operations, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.
